Women's Kickboxing

Black Tiger kickboxing classes are a blend of Chinese martial arts and physical fitness, designed to give you a full body workout as well as learn traditional kickboxing technique. Our classes are upbeat and full of energy, so come prepared for a good time and a great workout!

+ Beginning Classes (Teenagers through Adults)

Our beginning classes will focus primarily on the technique and instruction of basic kicks and punches. A variety of equipment is used during classes including heavy bags, focus gloves, double-end bags and shields. The classroom is fully matted and all students are required to wear boxing gloves (we have all sizes available for our new students to borrow during their first classes).

Along with martial arts and boxing techniques, each class includes stretching and strength training for the entire body. Strength training involves exercising with light dumbbells, body bars and/or resistance bands.

Every class is new, different and exciting -- our intimate setting (the studio maxes out at roughly 15 students) and individual instruction will benefit all levels and abilities. No prior knowledge of kickboxing is necessary for the beginning classes.

+ Intermediate/Advanced Classes

Intermediate/ Advanced Kickboxing classes are for the kickboxing student with a minimum of a yellow belt or at least 3 months of on-going instruction.

Classes are fast paced with more difficult exercises, more complex drills, sparring exercises and light contact sparring. Students learn more advanced kicks, improve technique and push themselves to a higher level.
